pondering new shapes
live active as in self
autonomous yet connected
searching for what comes next

some say that life is suffering
until release of bodily bondage
that birth is made of mourning
and death breeds celebration

my scars return to surface
striving toward light like sunflower
reaching out to sun
for warmth and understanding

when i think of it
everything seems so alive
reflection turns to building
back from all seemingly destroyed

death is coming for us all
best to let it eat you alive
like a wild animal offering
