a fine life
wondrous whimper of blades in the wind
the wax shakes in complicated cubes
fashioning dunes to our outer garments
we take pause to inspect rocks and reeds
clamoring as little as they need to be
sequential smiles chant from child
to the ambivalent exercising habit
i pick my teeth of the excitement
widening a path of today's sole destination
found agape yet pushing, they conform
forming questions among poles
spake in the sand. too much?
i sense time and scent most of all
catch a glimpse, could you?
fineness is a mindset of quality
and the passion of sweat and of letting
why spy when the stitch lays out
among the pebbles
when petals tiptoe closer
a fine grain
a rampant peaceful resource
i swipe hidden hints
fumble, yet with will, get there
the angles thin
anger leaves it alone
for now, we are fond
