death's head

dlkng0892://

silken eyes tightly shut on sidewalk stepping
maybe fall astray to put a skip in it
herpetic willow melts from face faintly
suffering is indeed a hawkmoth
when it awakens from its sleep

chenille plucked from behind ear
twisted sparkly golden thread
clung to shower wall like spider eyes
suffering is indeed a hawkmoth
when it bites in the night

another day to pave
in another chute ready to load in
i survive a war without cerebration
suffering is indeed a hawkmoth
when it spreads wings inside the mind's hive

why why why
i don't know i don't get it
sad set sinking sickness
suffering is indeed a hawkmoth
when you get lost following it fluttering
